The Pursuit of Alchemy
To be a practicing alchemist is to be a master of being. For all experience is rooted in the present moment, and thus living in that moment to the fullest. Free in expression with the masculine, receiving the beauty with the feminine, this is where we find our balance moving forward with every moment, ever present in our presence. At its simplest foundation, alchemy can be understood as a metaphysical philosophy meeting the natural sciences, embodied in the artisan. The alchemical principles of manifestation and transmutation are our common day tools of the awakened creator, grounded in vision and aligned in purpose.
What direction one chooses to approach alchemy has many different avenues currently available. However, allowing ones intuition to guide the process of self-exploration, is the gateway to finding the path of which one is truly searching and then continuing to walk that path.
Finding the balance of the masculine and feminine within and thereout, as to be without a filter in perception, opens the eyes to all that is always before us.
In one sense, alchemy is approaching life as an adventure where we are always moving forward with new experiences. The key to the new experiences, ever consistent in their flow, is to be always present yet moving forward. However, the moving forward isn’t always seen in our physical reality, for the wealth is in the experience not in the material.
The deeper science goes beyond the physical, investigating the mechanism between where the natural biologies meet our self-aware consciousness. For the secret of magic is only a science hidden from the illusions within the experience. That is where sacred tools such as an ankh or a wand, might go unnoticed in their significance to a limited mind.
The prime motivation that engages any individual toward alchemical pursuits, is the curiosity of their own intrinsic being and the desire to create their world. One could say the revelation is found between those two. To transmute the past and manifest the future, one must be truly in their presence. For there is the perfection of our infinite beauty which is reflected back all around us. The alignment with that path is ultimately a must grander thing than one can ever initially imagine.
